Who this policy covers

The Gentlemen’s Suite is a private grooming business operated by Amelia Newcomb in Spring, Texas. This policy applies to information handled through the public website, appointment booking, reservation management, payments, and operational communications.

Information we collect

We collect only information reasonably connected to operating the suite, including:

• contact information such as name, phone number, and email address;
• appointment details, selected services, timing, and preferences you provide;
• reservation, payment-status, and transaction metadata needed to manage a booking;
• SMS and email preferences, consent records, and opt-out or suppression status; and
• limited technical and request information used to keep the booking service reliable and prevent abuse.

Card details are entered through the selected payment processor and are not handled by this website or stored with appointment records.

How information is used

Information is used to provide services you request: checking availability, creating and managing appointments, confirming reservation or payment status, responding to support needs, maintaining accurate business records, and sending the operational communications you have enabled.

Information may also be used to protect the booking service, investigate failed or abusive requests, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Operational communications and marketing

SMS is opt-in. A phone number by itself does not enable text notifications. If you check the appointment-text box, The Gentlemen’s Suite may send booking confirmations, appointment changes, reschedules, cancellations, reminders, and directly relevant payment, membership-status, or service messages. Consent is not required to purchase or book.

Operational email follows the address you provide. When you enter a valid email address, booking confirmations, appointment changes, cancellations, and reminders may be sent to that address unless you use the visible booking control to disable operational email. You may book without providing an email address.

Operational SMS and operational email preferences are independent. Marketing SMS and marketing email consent are separate from both, remain unchecked, and are not activated by booking or by providing contact information.

Opt-out and suppression handling

Reply STOP to an operational text to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for messaging help. Where a secure reservation-management link is available, you may also change operational channel preferences there. You can disable operational email from the booking flow or ask the suite for help with an existing preference.

When an opt-out is received, the affected channel is suppressed so the preference can be honored. Limited consent and suppression records may be retained to document and continue respecting that choice.

Service-provider processing

Service providers may process information only as reasonably necessary to host the website, operate booking and reservation management, process payments, protect the service, or deliver enabled communications. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of the business or others.

Security and retention

The Gentlemen’s Suite uses practical administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and the services involved. No website, transmission method, or storage system can promise absolute security.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to operate the business, maintain appointment and payment-status history, honor communication choices and suppressions, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Retention may vary by record type and service provider.
