Appointment texts, only if you ask.

The Gentlemen’s Suite offers optional text messages about your own appointment. They are never marketing, never required to book, and you can stop them at any time.

Program sender: The Gentlemen’s Suite · Spring, Texas

How to opt in

Appointment texts are requested during booking on this website. There is no other sign-up path, and no one is enrolled automatically.

  1. Open the-gentlemens-suite.com and choose Book.
  2. Select your service, then a date and time.
  3. At the Your details step, enter your name and your own mobile number.
  4. Under Operational notifications, tick the checkbox labelled “Appointment texts from The Gentlemen’s Suite”. It is unchecked by default and must be ticked deliberately.
  5. Confirm the booking. Your choice is stored with that reservation.

Entering a mobile number alone never enrols you. The checkbox stays disabled until a valid mobile number is present, and consent is recorded only when you tick it yourself.

What you receive

Only messages about your own appointment:

  • booking confirmation;
  • appointment changes, reschedules, and cancellations;
  • a 24-hour reminder, and an optional 1-hour reminder if you enable it;
  • directly relevant payment or membership-status updates.

Message frequency varies. A typical appointment receives one confirmation and up to two reminders, plus service-related updates when needed. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any appointment text to unsubscribe immediately. You may also untick appointment texts from your secure reservation-management link at any time. Reply START from your phone to resume them later.

Your mobile number and your opt-in are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
