About these terms
The Gentlemen’s Suite is a private grooming business operated by Amelia Newcomb in Spring, Texas. By using the public booking service, you agree to provide accurate booking information and to use reservation and payment links only for their intended purpose.
Appointments and booking
Services, available times, estimated durations, and current prices are shown during booking. A requested time is not confirmed until the booking service accepts the reservation and presents its resulting status.
Please review the service, date, time, contact information, communication choices, and payment selection before submitting. The suite may contact you directly when a selected service or reservation needs individual review.
Payments
Payment timing and available methods are governed by the booking and payment policy presented for the reservation. When secure online payment is offered and selected, card entry is provided by the payment processor; card details do not pass through this website.
A browser return, pending screen, or receipt of a payment link does not by itself establish final payment status. The reservation status shown after processor confirmation is the operative record.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Use the secure reservation-management link when available, or contact the suite, to request a cancellation or new time. Rescheduling remains subject to current availability. If a reservation has payment activity, the management view will show the applicable status and any follow-up that requires Amelia’s review.
Operational SMS program
The Gentlemen’s Suite offers optional appointment and account-related text messages. The program sender is The Gentlemen’s Suite, using notification number +1 (832) 501-1165.
Supported operational categories include immediate booking confirmation; appointment changes, reschedules, and cancellations; a 24-hour reminder; an optional 1-hour reminder; directly relevant payment or membership-status updates; and appointment or service messages initiated by Amelia for an individually opted-in client.
Message frequency varies. A typical appointment may receive one confirmation and up to two reminders, plus service-related updates when needed.

Consent to receive SMS is not required to purchase or book. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in text messages.
Carrier delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers and device conditions may affect receipt. Marketing messages are not part of this operational program; marketing consent is separate, unchecked, and inactive.
Operational email
When you provide a valid email address during booking, The Gentlemen’s Suite may send booking confirmations, appointment changes, cancellations, and reminders to that address. The booking flow provides a visible control to disable operational email, and an email address is not required when another accepted contact method is supplied.
Operational email is not marketing consent. Email marketing is separate, unchecked, and inactive.
Privacy
How appointment, payment-status, communication, and consent information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
